Football, old sport and second most popular sport in China?

Football may not be the oldest sport, but it has evolved before, in history. At least something like football has…”Cuju.”

Cuju, an ancient sport in China, resembles football (soccer.)

China's ancient football sport, like soccer!

There is evidence of a sport similar to football being played in ancient China around 1000 AD

In the greater world, the image here, as seen by most, would be recognized as “football.” But people in the United States, upon viewing Cuju, will say it looks like “Soccer!” The same modern games today, share similar descriptions.

Then, we find “Australian rules football…” Isn’t this fun?

Don’t get me started on the Mayan game that resembles Basketball! That will be for a different post on sport in the future here! Let’s at least try to stick to football—–DOH—Soccer? This could be more fun.

Superbown..Over. This is not the end!….

Just because the Superbowl is over does NOT mean that the interest in football really needs to go down.

There is after all a lot of practice and training for the next superbowl. Football goes on. From choosing players, purchasing equipment, Picking, choosing and training to whatever. The game goes on, at all times of the year, officially or not. Professional or amateur.

It would be nice if you have more than one favorite team. It would be perfect if  you respect all Football teams, but only like certain ones. That being said, because few people that like football, like all teams, there should be respect.
